Ilmoittautuminen vahvistuu kun osallistujien ensimmäisen vuorokauden osallistumismaksu (esim. kaksi henkilöä -> 150 euroa) on maksettu tapahtuman tilille FI50 5131 0020 0991 65. Maksun saaja on Lapland Trophy,*viestikenttään kuljettajan nimi ja ajoneuvon rekisterinumero. Ilmoittautuessa tarvittavat tiedot:

HUOMIO: ilmoittautuminen ja maksu tapahtuman tilille viimeistään 2 viikkoa ennen tapahtumaa. Jälki-ilmoittautuminen nostaa ensimmäisen osallistumisvuorokauden hintaa 10 euroa per henkilö.

Mikäli osallistuminen peruuntuu ja se tehdään viimeistään kuukautta ennen tapahtumaa, palautetaan koko ennakkomaksu, sen jälkeen puolet siitä, jos peruutus tehdään viimeistään tapahtumaa edeltävänä päivänä.
